We will provide you with all the needed equipment to transit your business on a fancy corporate stage, for the day or night. Projector screens, projectors, sound equipment, live streaming connections are all at hand. We propose a list of preferred caterers, decorators, music DJs and photographers if filming is needed.

At Polo Club you will benefit from a one event per day exclusivity policy. A full day use of the estate from 12 midday to 12 midnight. Enjoy a clean and cosy atmosphere for the most sociable and productive corporate functions. We will set an ideal lounge room for the most inspirational conference outcomes.
Catering Services
The food and beverage experience is guaranteed under our licensed supervision of approved and experienced catering houses. They make use of the best ingredients for the creation of menus according to your needs.

A range of audio visual equipment and projectors as well as WIFI network, is available within the estate for use in conferences and video walls.

A built in barbeque corner offers the best grills in town for your perfect event, a people’s magnet on its own.
Organize and prepare everything
A rehearsal session of 2 hours duration prior to the event is also available, upon request.
